A Haitian woman with two broken legs got good care at a field hospital staffed by the International Medical and Surgical Response Team.
Doctors arranged to have her moved to the Comfort, a U.S. Navy ship where she can have a permanent rod placed in each leg.
The problem is: she doesn't want to go.
