This is the stuff I love to hear because it means that one person’s bad decisions couldn’t bring down an entire movement.

I’ve talked to a lot of former Edwards staffers about this.

Up until December of 2007, most on Edwards’ staff didn’t believe rumors about the affair.

Staff and volunteers at the Austin Humane Society are sleeping with dogs and cats, literally. It's called "Home for the Holidays", a program which started last year where staffers and volunteers sleep inside of the kennels with pooches and pussycats.

This morning, Front Steps staffers gave out hundreds of coats and jackets to ARCH (Austin Resource Center for the Homeless) clients, but there weren’t enough in size large or XL.

That’s where you come in, oh fortunate one: If you have an extra coat you wouldn’t mind parting with, or even a twin-size or larger sleeping bag, Front Steps is asking that you please donate it in the next few days.
