The betting is it might be Councilman Lee Leffingwell, who has decided to vocally oppose the Villa Muse project along with its purported 40,000 new jobs, not to mention the new taxes destined for Del Valle schools and ACC Wynn support. Wynn, in trouble again for his quick temper, has been pushing the Villa Muse project and a package of tax credits and other incentives that Leffingwell opposes, at least for now.
