Update on Marines' Prosecution in Haditha Killings

The deaths of 24 Iraqi civilians more than two years ago led to the high-profile court-martial of eight Marines accused of violating the rules of engagement.

The case against the highest-ranking officer charged in the killings was dismissed last week, which the prosecution plans to appeal.
