Oliver Stone's newest film is a biopic about President George Bush, and it's Austin premiere is Thursday night at the Paramount Theater.

A Hollywood style premiere is set for the Paramount Theater and director Stone is expected to be there.

There are another 189 films to see during the seven day event. Kelly Williams is the festival's film program director.

It's his job to choose among thousands of films which movies will screen. He says that process started in January.

Rescheduled from 07-08 Season, this Broadway legend and Tony winner is simply hilarious as she takes the stage with her lilac-colored hair (which she claims is natural) and over-the-top eyeglasses.

The folks at Fantastic Fest have just announced that Kevin Smith's new flick, Zack and Miri Make a Porno, will open this year's festival with a screening at the Paramount Theatre.

The film follows two lifelong friends (Seth Rogen and Elizabeth Banks) as they attempt to make some fast cash by producing a porno film.

Smith will be on hand for what will no doubt be an ultra-nerdy, marathon-length Q&A.
