Mark your calendar for November 13, 2007. That's the date scheduled by RG4N, the City of Austin, and Lincoln Property Company for a bench trial regarding the Northcross Mall lawsuit. Lincoln has also agreed to not begin any exterior building demolition in the area designated for the planned Wal-Mart Supercenter prior to November 20, 2007. Under a separate agreement, RG4N will consolidate its lawsuit with the Allandale Neighborhood Association, which also sued the City of Austin and Lincoln over traffic concerns. |
