Students often have spare time, a tendency to experiment with substances and no money in their bank accounts. Combined, these factors could make for a carefully budgeted night of Natural Light and Netflix at home.

The U.S. Postal Service might cut out one day of service a week because it's going bankrupt.

I really wouldn't care .

. . except for Netflix.  It's not like I watch a movie every night, but when I do want to watch the next flick in my queue I don't want to wait four days for it.
