Soldier Recalls Locking Eyes With Fort Hood Shooter

More witnesses are expected to testify about the details of last year's shooting rampage at Fort Hood. A military court is hearing testimony from victims.

The proceeding will determine if Major Nadal Hasan will face a court martial on 13 murder and 32 attempted murder charges.

Sept. 11 Trial May Shift To Military Court

The Obama administration is close to deciding that the admitted mastermind of the Sept. 11 attacks will be tried in a military court, reversing plans to hold the trial in a civilian court in New York.

Fierce opposition arose to trying Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and four other Guantanamo detainees in a civilian courtroom in Manhattan.
