Baker III, former secretary of state, as part of the 2009-2010 Perspectives Series. The two plan to discuss international relations and, more recently, Baker's endorsement of Kay Bailey Hutchison for Texas governor.

James A. Baker III has served in senior government positions under three U.S. presidents. He served as the nation's 61st secretary of state from January 1989 through August 1992 under President George H.W.

Bush.
