Something doesn’t smell quite right here. Techcrunch reports earlier today that Jonathan Miller, former AOL chief executive and one of the names that popped up as part of Team Icahn on the newly expanded Yahoo board, has been blocked from serving on that board by a non-compete clause in his contract with Time Warner.

Publish2, an online news aggregation service for journalists, said Monday that it raised $2.75 million in a series A round of financing from Velocity Interactive Group.
As part of the deal, former Fox Interactive President Ross Levinsohn and former AOL CEO Jonathan Miller have joined the company's board....
