Iran has put 100 reformists on trial for trying to stage a revolution. The government is trying to sway the opposition from its stance that the June presidential elections were rigged.
President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is due to be sworn in by parliament on Wednesday. Borzou Daragahi, the Middle East correspondent for the "Los Angeles Times," talks with Steve Inskeep about the situation in Iran.

The Iranian opposition is trying to determine its next move after widespread clashes between police and demonstrators on Saturday.
Iran's state-controlled media reported that 10 people were killed in those clashes. The Iranian government claims that outside powers are responsible for the street protests and the killings.
