Another afternoon of pizza-themed zaniness in South Austin is right around the corner, as Home Slice Pizza announces the 6th annual Carnival-O-Pizza.

For the sixth time in a row, Home Slice Pizza is playing host to Music By the Slice, featuring a whopping thirty bands in just three days.

Home Slice Pizza's fifth annual Carnival O’ Pizza, benefiting a new house-building project by Habitat Young Professionals' (HYP), takes place this Saturday.

Sponsor a H.O.E during the Home Slice Carnival O’ Pizza’s favorite Hands on an Eggplant Sub Contest and raise dough for Habitat for Humanity.

We are adding a hilarious new twist to their already wacky Hands on an Eggplant Sub Contest (HOES) that takes place during the fall Carnival O’ Pizza – the ability to sponsor a contestant, or H.O.E.

To celebrate our fifth anniversary and give back to the community that has made Home Slice one of Austin’s favorite eateries, we are holding our annual Carnival-O-Pizza on Saturday, November 20, 2010 from 12 to 7 PM.

We are happy to announce all proceeds from the carnival will directly benefit Habitat Young Professionals.

Over at their own official blog — which, it has to be said, is easily the coolest blog you'll ever find for a pizzeria — Home Slice Pizza has revealed the lineup for its annual Music by the Slice festival, which takes place this year from Thursday March 18 to Saturday March 20.

The event runs from noon to 7 p.m. all three days. It features a stacked array of great artists and is free and open to the public with no RSVP required.
