President-elect Barack Obama has been attempting to fill quickly key White House and Cabinet positions. This week he picked New York Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton, Arizona Governor Janet Napolitano and Governor Bill Richardson of New Mexico to fill Cabinet positions.
Those appointees will leave unsettled political situations at home.
