The Allandale Neighborhood Association will be having its General Membership Meeting Thursday, September 24, 2009, at 6:30.

In addition to the regular meeting agenda, the membership will elect members to the Executive Committee.

Officers present: Eddie, Deanna, Dave, Jerry, Tim, Don

A quorum of Association members was present (20) and an election for officers for the executive committee was held.

All candidates were nominated without opposing candidates, and all were voted for unanimously by members saying "aye".

The following residents have volunteered to serve for the June '09 - May '10 year:

Paige Hill - Vice President
Tim Ramirez - Treasurer
Don Tucker - Secretary
Kat Correa - Newsletter Editor
Deanna McMillen - Place 1

This year, the positions of the president, the newsletter editor and 2 places on the executive committee will be vacated at the May '09 elections.

All neighbors are encouraged to attend this important general meeting on the 11th to participate in the election.

Anyone wishing to run and/or vote in the elections must have their membership dues ($10) paid 1 week prior to the elections.
