A poll shows most employers plan to add full-time employees in the coming year. Robert Half International, a staffing company, and CareerBuilder.com, an online career site, said their survey found 53 percent of employers expect to hire full-time employees, while four in 10 plan to hire contract, temporary, or project workers.
