Police have charged an Austin man in connection with the death of a cyclist in Northwest Austin last week.

Michael Joseph Eggenberger II, 31, is charged with failure to stop and render aid.

On Jan. 23 at about 10:30 p.m. police found the body of Justin Patrick Murphy (pictured) on the frontage road of Hwy 183 south of McNeil Drive.

There is a lot to like about Mueller.

 The streets are laid out in a grid with short, walkable blocks.  Homes address the street.  Garages are relegated to rear alleys.
