A motorcyclist is dead after an accident in East Austin late Friday evening.
Austin Police were called to 1054 Springdale Road around 9:00 p.m.
Friday evening for a motorcycle versus car accident.
Austin Police said a scooter was driving East on Springdale Rd when a minivan driving West on Springdale Rd turned in front of the scooter.

A body was found in a field off Highway 35 on Friday evening. It hasn't been positively identified, but Travis County Sheriff's officials say it's most likely the body of 51 year old Patricia Ann Smith. |
