 At The Movies This Weekend We know that many of you will be spending the weekend at Auditorium Shores for the annual Fun Fun Fun fest, but if you aren't going to be rocking out in a park for the next few days there is plenty to see on area screens.

Our Hosting Provider Was Hacked

While our website has been working perfectly well, If you tried to access Austin Towers through a major search engine over the last few days, you were probably surprised to be redirected to a random site.

We were surprised as well. It turns out that our hosting provider was hacked: some sneak changed a single file on every domain that automatically redirected searches from yahoo, google, and others to their site.



 

Marijuana Protest?

From the same IP address, a search for “weed protest Austin Texas” followed a few days later by the query “names of inmates in Austin”.

Was there a protest or rally or march or some sort of event recently that I didn’t know about? And did it lead to any arrests?

Anyone know?
