Greenfield posted this morning about lawyers advertising their services on hot dog stands outside the courthouse.

Reminded me of a few things that only I would consider blawgworthy, but then I make the decisions around this place, so here goes.

Prosecutorial discretion is immense. And it starts with the decision on whether someone should be prosecuted in the first place. Now submitted, for your approval, the stupidest prosecution yet, at least in terms of “your tax dollars at work”.
