Facebook has been granted an exemption by the Securities and Exchange Commission that allows the company to not comply with the same law that pushed Google into becoming a public company.

The exemption, reported by Business Week today, was granted on October 14 and allows the company to continue to grant restricted stock to employees.

Domino's Pizza is offering a new service thanks to Tivo. Now you can order a pizza with a click of the remote.

If you're fast forwarding through a Domino's commercial, you'll get a prompt asking if you want to order a pizza.

The technology is a boon for companies which worry people aren't watching their ads anymore. And for consumers, it could be a hair faster than text messaging for a pizza, which you can do with the Papa John's chain.

Or ordering off Pizza Hut's Facebook page.

Facebook rolls out what appears to be a fine move: Verify applications are trustworthy and validate them. I could use the help given I don’t download a lot of Facebook apps since a lot of them would be described as crap.
