Georgia Once Prayed For Rain, Now Plans For Drought

Back in 2007, it was so dry in the state that the governor held a prayer service for a storm. Things have turned around dramatically, and Georgia is now getting so much rain it caused severe flooding last fall.

Even with all the rain, the area is preparing for the next dry spell.
