AP is reporting that, this evening, Hillary Clinton will concede that Barack Obama has enough delegates to secure the Democratic nomination, effectively ending her campaign. Reports are she will not formally suspend her camapign but this is clearly the first step to her bowing out as gracefully as is possible at this stage of the contest.
