A Texas company that sells a kit to lengthen eyelashes is suing a competitor. Xtreme Lashes, which claims it can "extend your beauty," filed suit against a company called Xtended Beauty.
An appeals court now says a jury can decide if the names are too close. The ruling includes a reference to "not batting an eyelash."
