Wednesday, Sept. 22, 5:30 p.m., MEZ 1.306. Hosted by the Liberal Arts Council and the Senate of College Councils, this forum will feature different teachers from across the College of Liberal Arts that have found innovative and alternative ways to educate their students.
Each teacher will give a small presentation about the different innovations they use in their classroom to spread awareness about their different techniques and encourage students to think and learn more creatively.

The College of Liberal Arts at The University of Texas at Austin has honored three students with a Larry Temple Scholarship.
Temple Scholars receive a $33,000 scholarship, $11,000 per year renewable for two years. Application for the scholarship is open to any student achieving a 3.9 or 4.0 grade-point average during his or her freshman year.
