Suzan-Lori Parks’ powerhouse American drama and Pulitzer Prize winner. A darkly comic fable of family love and identity that unravels the compelling tale of Lincoln and Booth, two brothers struggling to come out on top in life, but continuously pulled under by the past.

Foretelling a lifetime of sibling rivalry and resentment, gambling and greed, Topdog confronts the reality of how our culture, politics, and history define us.

February is Black History Month, and most of us don’t think of science fiction when we commemorate all the great African American literature that we have to enjoy.
