Casino, Starbucks Tackle Smoking, Alcohol

Arizona Charlie's Las Vegas casino has created a no-smoking slot machine room. It cost $80,000 to clear a no-smoking zone.

And in Seattle, a Starbucks has become the first to offer alcohol.

Drinking Game Involves Keene City Council

The city council of Keene, N.H., held a meeting to discuss the local law that bans carrying an open alcohol container.

Their discussion was interrupted by several people in the audience playing a drinking game. When there was a unanimous vote, for example, participants took a swig from a container labeled "not a beer."
