AP - The public affairs office at an Air Force base near Tucson says no shots have been fired and no one has been hurt, but traffic into and out of the base is limited because of an unspecified security situation.

President Obama made a midnight trip to Dover Air Force Base in Delaware to honor the return of fallen soldiers in Afghanistan.
