The survivors of Myanmar's devastating cyclone are growing increasingly desperate as foreign aid remained at a trickle, and overstretched aid workers struggled to reach hard-hit areas.



 

Myanmar Officials Reject Calls to Let Aid Workers In

Myanmar officials said it will accept foreign aid but not foreign aid workers. The statement follows pressure from the United Nations to speed up the issuing of visas for foreign relief experts.
