Lost River/Old River Official Site Every once in a while, an album from a local artist pops up with little or no notice, grabs our attention, and holds on tight.

Although we’ve only recently been able to count the peripatetic Matthew Hovey Kemp and his Lost River/Old River project as one of Austin’s own, his new record No Clouds is surely one of those albums. No Clouds is Kemp’s second full-length album to be released...
