Kraft Launches Hostile Bid For U.K.'s Cadbury

Processed food giant Kraft on Monday launched a $16.4 billion hostile bid for Britain's Cadbury, less than a September offer that was rejected by the U.K. candymaker.

Kraft is going after Cadbury in the hopes of adding new markets and boosting stagnant sales.
