Karzai Threatens Troop Buildup on Pakistan Border

Afghan President Hamid Karzai said Sunday that he may send soldiers into Pakistan to fight militant groups operating on the border separating the countries.

His comments are likely to heighten tensions between Pakistan and Afghanistan.
