Judge To Hear Bid To Overturn Drilling Moratorium

A federal judge in New Orleans holds a hearing Monday on the oil industry's challenge to the administration's six month moratorium on drilling new wells in the Gulf of Mexico.

Oil companies say the Interior Department has no authority to shut down an entire industry and the moratorium could cripple their operations for months after it's lifted.
