Judge To Consider Delaying Ft. Hood Suspect's Trial

A military judge on Thursday could decide whether to delay the murder trial for the Army psychiatrist charged in the Fort Hood shooting rampage.

Nidal Hasan will be back in court at a hearing when his attorneys are expected to tell the judge why they're seeking the delay.
