The NFL's Jets and Giants want to bring the championship game to the new stadium they will share. It's in New Jersey, just across from New York City.

It has neither a retractable roof nor a dome. One time only, the league will waive the requirement that the Super Bowl be played in warm weather or indoors.

So the new stadium is allowed to bid to host the Super Bowl in 2014.
