At a packed rally in Pompano Beach Sunday night, he kept up his attacks on rival, Newt Gingrich.

Romney said, “His record was one of failed leadership.

We don’t need someone who can speak, well perhaps, or who can say the things you agree with, but does not have the experience of being an effective leader.
