Georgetown officer released on bond

A Georgetown police sergeant was released Tuesday on $250,000 bond after being accused of sexual assault.

Jimmy Fennell, Jr., 34, is accused of sexually assaulting a woman after detaining her in connection with a domestic disturbance.
