The Crestview Green Neighbor Initiative is starting a new offshoot group, Friends of Brentwood Park (FOBP).
This new group has signed an Adopt-A-Park agreement with the Austin Parks and Recreation Department. Our first work day is scheduled for Saturday, December 5th from 9 am to noon.
Our task will be simple but important: spreading mulch! We will mulch several bare areas under large trees where the soil has been compacted by lots of use, and around newly planted young trees....
Road Closures for Marathon - Feb 20th
St. Joseph, Morrow, Woodrow, Arroyo Seco and other neighborhood streets will be closed on the morning of February 20th, starting a 6am and lasting until just after noon. See here for details.
