Frank Gavin named Strauss Center director

Francis J. Gavin, the Tom Slick Professor of International Affairs at the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs at The University of Texas at Austin, has been named director of the Robert S.

Strauss Center for International Security and Law. Gavin previously was director of studies at the Strauss Center, which opened in 2007.
