Re: [nndl] correction: zoning changes and alcohol consumption on north loop

Hi all -

I think one thing needs to be clarified and this is an oversight on my
part in reading the draft of the NNA minutes: the NNA meeting minutes
reported that The Loop location is zoned GR - general retail - and that
Brian and Orion are needing a CS or CS-1 zoning to sell beer and wine.

I believe that Brian and Orion told us at the NNA meeting that the
location is zoned CS already, which would allow retail of wine and beer
(no consumption on the property).

[nndl] correction: zoning changes and alcohol consumption on north loop

I meant to say "voting to change a zoning", not "voting to change a permit"
Sorry again for being imprecise. I do not feel in my element, when talking
permits zoning, etc etc.

This is the rule for grandfathered uses; i.e.

[nndl] Greetings neighbors and happy new year

Hope you all had a lovely holiday.

This is just a follow-up email to Patrick Goetz's email yesterday
which included the business plan and floor plan for a proposed wine
boutique (The Loop) in our neighborhood - on North Loop between the
print shop and Forbidden Fruit.

The gentlemen - Brian Roland and Orion Archung, who want to open this
business, attended our NNA meeting on Monday night to discuss their plan
and for Q&A.

We just want to make sure each of you is inf

[nndl] Good Stewardship!

Thank you to all of the leaders of our little neighborhood for
bringing in one of the most healthy food options in town. We'll be
the envy of other neighborhoods now that Northfield can boast its own
'Counter Culture' caravan. We don't have to drive over to Mr Natural
or Mother's. We don't have to pay their high overhead costs. Just a
short constitutional walk from home brings us to an excellent
nutritional meal in the heart of the North Loop strip.

[nndl] Burglary at the "Monster" last Wednesday

My neighbor told me today that there was a burglary at the Monster - the
giant house behind me - 615 North Loop.

It was a door kick in.
