neighborhood support

[nndl] RE: [NNADL] Endeavor is not interested in pursuing this developmentwithout neighborhood support

Thank you Sebastian! This is very recent 12/11.
I am glad to read that Endeavor is terminating the variance request.

I am now looking forward to see what other things will come to the
neighborhood. Thank you for all the work you have been doing for the group.

[nndl] BOA HEARING FOR HOWARDS/PARKER THIS MONDAY

Dear Jamil,

Over the past months you have stated on several occasions that you/
Endeavor have dropped the Howard's/Parker
development and have no intention to pursue a variance for these
properties w/o neighborhood support.

Most recently, on October 24, Sebastian made the following report to
the neighborhood after a conversation with you:

"He confirmed that indeed he no longer has a contract on the Howard
property, and he is not at all interested in

Re: [nndl] Why so many lists?

Lately strip centers seem to have been vilified by Endeavor - and all of us.

Re: [nndl] Why so many lists?

1)  I would be glad to help contribute to a website for the forums   2)  As far as Howards developement this is just my 2 cents.    It would be interesting idea for the neighborhood to get together to have a somewhat specific plan for what they want at the site.  Then when the seller is advertising the property they could show the plan as something that the neighborhood already supports.  When people are selling a property they frequently say you could do x,y with the property or you could do z if you

Re: [nndl] Howard's & Conduct on the List Serve

I am on the nndl and have been for at least 3 years.

I have posted only a half dozen times in the past. A few times in the
past few weeks.

I'm not against the development.

I am against throwing away any leverage the neighborhood might have
in helping to determine its final design.

That is what will happen if we approve the variance w.o. knowing more
about the final design.

I think it would be wise to reserve our support until we know more.
