I agree. We're not going to please everyone but a forum with options
for receiving each email or a new thread/post/ digest etc seems much
more organized and effective.

1)  I would be glad to help contribute to a website for the forums   2)  As far as Howards developement this is just my 2 cents.    It would be interesting idea for the neighborhood to get together to have a somewhat specific plan for what they want at the site.  Then when the seller is advertising the property they could show the plan as something that the neighborhood already supports.  When people are selling a property they frequently say you could do x,y with the property or you could do z if you

I think Jason's suggestion is an excellent one. I've been thinking we need to do this for a long time.

Sebastian,

This experience has revealed several problems to me, and with the rest
of my tenure as president of the neighborhood association, I'd like to
address some of these problems.

First things first, how many e-mail lists do we need?
