[nndl] Re: [NNADL] newslist management request

Wait a minute...

Wasn't there some sort of discussion recently about merging these lists?
Which one is now the 'official' neighborhood list? The NNADL is the one
on the NA webpage... I'm so confused.

I don't want to be on *both* lists, but I want to keep up with what's
going on in the 'hood and in surrounding 'hoods. Which list should I be on?

Thanks -- Lotte

[Fwd: Re: [nndl] Planning Committee results]

As a neighborhood resident, I would like to say that I am against Jody's
proposal. I would like for those properties to have a VMU overlay. VMU
will give the properties a much better window of opportunity for them to
be developed as neighborhood-friendly projects.

[nndl] found cat

Hi everyone --

A new cat has been coming to my feeder in the late afternoons for about
a week now, and she (I think it's a she, but not positive) is too
friendly to be a stray. She's a very fluffy tuxedo tabby, big frame but
very skinny, so she might have been traveling a while. I've put her
pictures up here:

Please let me know if you know anyone who is missing a cat of this
description.

Thanks -- Lotte

[nndl] kitten emergency

Hi everyone --

A couple of days ago I sent a message regarding some kittens I have up
for adoption. This morning, the person who is fostering them told me
that one of her dogs is becoming aggressive toward them, and that she
needs to bring them back to me. I need to find another foster home for
them ASAP. This is a temporary placement, just until I can find a
permanent home for them. They need to be kept indoors at all times.

[nndl] nlw - poll hangar/howard nursery

Hi Folks,

Thank you all for sending your suggestions.

In order received:

1. How about "support a variance (height & size increase) for proposed
250 unit apartment complex at Howard's?" (Jody)

2. How about just a simple yes or no: "Do you support historic
designation for the Haile Airport hangar at Koenig and Avenue F?"
(Lotte, 2nd'd Beka)

3. Are you concerned about traffic from the Proposed Howard Nursery
re-development? (Stephan)

FW: [nndl] [Fwd: Re: nlw - suggestions for web polls]

Yes stay focused on a simple yes/no question.

As is, this question speaks only to the historicity of the hangar, not to
its being retained/renovated where it is nor to its being moved away and
renovated elsewhere.

Just whether it is an historic structure and deserves recognition as such.

Beka

Questions:

1. Are you concerned about traffic from the Proposed Howard Nursery
re-development?
2. Are you in favor of the Howard Nursery Re-development?

Thoughts?

[nndl] [Fwd: Re: nlw - suggestions for web polls]

Hi Folks,

By unanimous vote, the winning nomination goes to the the sole entry
'save the hangar'. Lotte, thank you for your suggestion.

Having zero experience with creating/designing polls, dear communityzens
I have to turn to you again for help.

What questions should we ask?

Regards
-bm
