| Hi all: Not sure if this has been an ongoing issue but this afternoon I saw a person in a wheelchair who had to leave the sidewalk along North Loop in front of R & D Motors because there were cars parked on the sidewalk- don't know if it was cars for sale or the cars of shoppers.
