input of the NAs when considering cases before them. It is
appropriate, proper and essential that the NA relay this information in
an official manner: a letter, on letterhead, signed by the president or
his/her representative and sent by mail (US mail), hand carried or
faxed.

I, too, do not understand why a letter was not generated to the city stating the position that the neighborhood association took when asked to vote. Regardless of the particular outcome, the city should have been given a formal document stating what happened.

I spoke to Clark just now for about 30 minutes. 
He said that he felt that he had to respond directly to the question from the council, which was "do you have a formalized   on letterhead stating the official vote."

Despite the NA vote last week Pam Pritchard is moving forward with her proposal to create a bar on North Loop.
The Planning Commission will meet tonight @ 6pm at Council chambers, City Hall.Anyone interested in this case is encouraged to attend.
