[nndl] Re: [NNADL] foreign and domestic food and drink

I am looking forward to it as well, but I hope they spell "foreign"
correctly on their actual sign unlike the way it is currently spelled
on the coming soon sign.

[nndl] Re: My backyard? or yours?

The Austin State Hospital manages the cemetary and has an agreement w/ some dept at UT that is planning to do a ground penetrating radar scan of the property to determine where bodies are buried.  The burial records of the state hospital have been destroyed more than once.

Greetings,

Even if the cemetery looked more traditional -- with trees, benches and
pathways-- people could stroll around as they do in other cemeteries.

[nndl] Re: [NNADL] North Loop Bar, website

It is proper, appropriate, and essential that we relay, as soon as
possible, the results of our votes to City entities that rely on the
input of the NAs when considering cases before them. It is
appropriate, proper and essential that the NA relay this information in
an official manner: a letter, on letterhead, signed by the president or
his/her representative and sent by mail (US mail), hand carried or
faxed.

[nndl] MONDAY NA MEETING

Hi All,

This is a reminder that our next NA meeting will be held MONDAY JULY
7, Dayspring Chapel @ 7pm

We will be visited by our new representative for code enforcement,
Moses Rodriguez, and his boss
Paul Thomasovic (one of a Assistant Division managers).

I'm looking forward to having a more consistent relationship with the
Code Enforcement office and think this will be
critical for addressing some of our problems w. delinquent properties

[nndl] Hyde Park/Park

I sent the message below out yesterday but it bounced back (likely due
to the attachment)
Now resending w/o attachment.

We should be spending more time trying to do positive things in our
neighborhood instead of putting another one down.

With that in mind, we desperately need to get (30!) trees in the
ground for the new 551/2 St. park.

We have a planting May 3 (next Saturday) 9am-1pm.

The park is located on 551/2 St between Chesterfield and Guadalupe
