Re: [nndl] RE: [NNADL] Howard and Parker Properties

OK Sebastian, with all due respect, your claim of holding a neutral
position on this apartment complex is pretty laughable. A lot of your
neighbors may disagree with you on how to deal with Endeavor, but we
ain't stupid.

Also, if you would take the time to actually read the flyer you so
passive-aggressively referred to, you would have seen that nobody was
attributing its content to you, but simply relaying your instructions

[nndl] RE: [NNADL] Howard and Parker Properties

Jody, with all due respect, you do not know that I personally wanted
this project. You have just assumed things about me from the beginning,
and you have repeatedly broadcast your views about me being in
allegiance with Endeavor, working with them to pull a fast on over on
the neighborhood, without any evidence at all.

For the record, now that this is over, I am not in allegiance with
Endeavor. Jamil and I are not scheming to slip one by everybody.

[nndl] BOA HEARING FOR HOWARDS/PARKER THIS MONDAY

Dear Jamil,

Over the past months you have stated on several occasions that you/
Endeavor have dropped the Howard's/Parker
development and have no intention to pursue a variance for these
properties w/o neighborhood support.

Most recently, on October 24, Sebastian made the following report to
the neighborhood after a conversation with you:

"He confirmed that indeed he no longer has a contract on the Howard
property, and he is not at all interested in

[nndl] BOA application for Endeavor

I had a good conversation with Jamil Alam about the BOA application for
the Howard's property. He confirmed that indeed he no longer has a
contract on the Howard property, and he is not at all interested in
pursuing a variance from the BOA without a letter of support from the
neighborhood.

In this conversation, he told me that he has gotten very mixed messages
from individuals in this neighborhood about the desire for mixed use,

Re: [NNADL] [nndl] ENDEAVOR PROJECT OVER?

Thanks Sebastian,

It would be great to have a clear and final word on their pursuit of
the variance request.

Its strange that Jamil will quickly say they have "terminated" but
will not answer a direct question
about whether or not they plan to pursue the VR at the BOA.

I can ask Jamil.

He has told me repeatedly that he absolutely will not pursue a variance
without a letter of support from the neighborhood.

I do know that the contract with the Howard's has been terminated -- the

Re: [nndl] Endeavor has dropped the project

I was at the BOA today around noon.

Susan Walker, who is handling the case, told me
(and another person who went earlier) that the hearing had been
rescheduled for November 14.

I have a copy of the request letter from Endeavor, dated October 2.

Could you please forward the note you received from Jamil/Endeavor to
the list serve
that relayed this information to you/the Neighborhood Association?

Many Thanks,

Jody Horton
