Here is the URL to read Council Member Spelman's short piece about the
"matching program". The idea is to share the cost of neighborhood
projects. I tried to send this out before and I do not know if any or
all of you got it before.

At the last NLNPT meeting the proprietors of the proposed wine shop, The
Loop, asked me to make some documents about the business available to
people in the neighborhood. I've been completely swamped with work for
weeks and only just now responded to some prodding from Sebastian to
make this stuff available. Sorry for the delay.

Greetings. I delivered a few routes this morning, and we had some
wonderful volunteers take the most of the other routes.

There is now only one last lonely route left.
