| Speed bumps are ineffective, from my RNA perspective of 7 years of requesting and planning for traffic calming, per the approved n'hood plan. We needed/need road closures for the 6 feeder road incursions, in order to protect our hood from access road traffic - the cars and definitely the trucks. What we got was speed bumps. These I see vehicles take at their "normal speed". |
