1)  I would be glad to help contribute to a website for the forums   2)  As far as Howards developement this is just my 2 cents.    It would be interesting idea for the neighborhood to get together to have a somewhat specific plan for what they want at the site.  Then when the seller is advertising the property they could show the plan as something that the neighborhood already supports.  When people are selling a property they frequently say you could do x,y with the property or you could do z if you

I want to comment that this new website is really a Blog by an neighbor
within the neighborhood. The blog has a great name and maybe we should
buy it because of that but the official website is a singular site
always referenced in the emails, at the bottom, coming from the NNDL
