council member spelman

Here is the URL to read Council Member Spelman's short piece about the
"matching program". The idea is to share the cost of neighborhood
projects. I tried to send this out before and I do not know if any or
all of you got it before.

Hi all,

Since Jan reported that during her visit with Council Member Spelman at
NNO he mentioned a program for financing neighborhood projects - I
believe this is what he was talking about. It's taken me a while to
find information/articles, but here it is from the Statesman - September
23.

Dear Council Member Spelman,

Thank you so much for coming to the Northfield Neighborhood Association
(Ridgetop and Skyview represented as well) NNO.

We know that you had so many neighborhood NNOs to attend and we
appreciate your taking time to come to ours.

Thank you for all you do for us - the citizens of Austin.
